Loquat leaf Extract Corosolic Acid Production Process
1.Raw Material Preparation
Select high quality loquat leaves as the raw material.
2.Extraction
Use 95% ethanol solution as the extraction solvent;
Weigh a certain amount of loquat leaves (e.g., 100 grams), add 8 times the volume of 95% ethanol solution (or 8 times the weight of crushed loquat leaf powder), and perform extraction under heating conditions (e.g., 70℃) twice, each for 2 hours.
3.Filtration and Enrichment
Combine the extraction liquids and filter. Enrich and purify using macroporous adsorption resin (e.g., FD16 resin). Adjust the ethanol concentration, NaOH concentration, and corosolic acid concentration of the feed liquid to appropriate ranges (e.g., ethanol concentration: 35%, NaOH concentration: 0.3%, corosolic acid concentration: 1.5 mg/mL). Pass the solution through the resin at a flow rate of 1 BV/h for enrichment.
4.Elution and Purification
Elute corosolic acid adsorbed on the resin using ethanol solutions of different concentrations;
Further purification can be carried out via silica gel column chromatography. Conditions include silica gel mesh size, sample loading amount, eluent selection, and flow rate.
5.Detection and Weighing
Analyze the purified corosolic acid and weigh the obtained product.
6.Drying and Powdering
